The Town of Haskell declares surplus the following property:

Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 13, Lewis Addition to the Town of Haskell, Muskogee County, Oklahoma,
according to the recorded plat thereof; (Property ID 0019-0140-30, 600 South Choctaw) and,

Lots 6, Block 1, Points Addition to the Town of Haskell, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, according
to the recorded plat thereof. (Property ID 0019-0145-07, 600 South Oklahoma)

Sealed bids will be received until May 10, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at which time bids will be opened and sold to
the highest successful bidder.  Stipulations include that the house, trees and debris presently on each lot shall
be cleared and a new home is to be built or started within six (6) months of the date of purchase.  Bids should
be mailed to the Town Clerk, PO Box 9, Haskell, OK 74436, or delivered directly to City Hall at 1424 N. Haskell Blvd.,
Haskell, Oklahoma.  The Town Administrator reserves the right to refuse any bid.
